Contact Us

Thank you for visiting Isoar. I’m glad you’re here. If you have a question, idea, feedback, or collaboration proposal, I’d love to hear from you. This page explains the best ways to reach me, what kind of messages I respond to, and how I handle your information.

Who Handles Your Message

I’m Bijoy Chaudhuri, the creator and maintainer of Isoar. I personally read every message that comes to info@isoar.in, and I do my best to respond to each genuine inquiry.
For some technical or specialized questions, I may consult with trusted experts or contributors, but every message first reaches me directly.

What to Include in Your Message

To help me understand and reply faster, please include the following details when contacting me:

  • A clear subject line — e.g., “Guest Post Proposal: Beginner’s Guide to Docker” or “Correction in React Hooks Article.”

  • A short summary — Briefly explain what your message is about in the first paragraph.

  • Relevant links or screenshots — Include examples or URLs that help clarify your point.

  • Your background (if pitching content) — Add a short bio, sample writing links, and topic ideas.

  • Your contact details — Include your preferred email and, if relevant, your website or company name.

Providing these details helps me reply efficiently and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth emails.

Topics I Welcome

I’m always open to hearing from readers and collaborators about the following:

  • Feedback and corrections — If you notice outdated or inaccurate information, please share the article link and your correction.

  • Collaboration or guest posts — I welcome well-written, research-based, and practical tech articles.

  • Partnerships and sponsorships — If you’d like to advertise or collaborate with Isoar, include details about your brand, scope, and timeline.

  • Technical questions — If you’re stuck on something mentioned in my articles, feel free to ask for guidance.

  • Press and media requests — Include the outlet name, topic, and deadline.

Response Time and Expectations

I usually reply to most messages within two business days.
However, requests that require more research — like partnership offers, guest post reviews, or detailed technical help — might take a bit longer.

If you don’t receive a response within five business days, you can resend your email with the same subject and mention that it’s a follow-up.

For urgent or time-sensitive matters, please write “URGENT” at the start of your subject line and explain why a quick response is needed.

Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is extremely important to me.
When you contact me through email or the contact form, I only use your name and email address to reply to your message.
I never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

If your message involves a potential collaboration that requires sharing certain information with a trusted partner, I will ask for your consent first.

You can learn more about how I handle and protect your data in the Privacy Policy available on isoar.in.

What I Cannot Provide

To set realistic expectations, here’s what I usually cannot help with:

  • Personalized or enterprise-level technical support for private systems.

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice — I only provide general information, not professional guidance.

  • Guaranteed publication for unsolicited guest posts — all submissions are reviewed carefully for quality and originality.

Even if I can’t provide direct help, I’ll try to point you to useful resources or professionals who can assist.

Submitting Guest Post Pitches

If you’re interested in writing for Isoar, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send a short pitch email with 3–5 proposed article titles.

  2. Write a 2–3 sentence summary for each topic idea.

  3. Include links to two or three of your published articles or portfolio samples.

  4. Mention any relevant experience or credentials.

  5. Confirm that your article is original and hasn’t been published elsewhere.

I especially appreciate practical tutorials, tech tips, and well-researched articles that add real value for readers.

Spam, Security, and Respect

Please avoid sending spam, promotional messages, or automated link submissions.
Any messages containing malicious content or phishing attempts will be deleted and reported.

For your own safety, do not send sensitive information such as passwords, private API keys, or login credentials via email.
I will never ask for that kind of information.

For official, legal, or business correspondence, please email me directly at info@isoar.in with a clear subject line.
